Novy Jicin forced 23 Liberec turnovers. The former international center Vaclav Bujnoch (200-1993, college: Des Moines A.) scored 25 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Stepan Svoboda (194-2000) chipped in 22 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Guard Matyas Jezek (197-2005) responded with 24 points and 7 rebounds and center Miroslav Stafl (211-1999, college: Coastal) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. Five Novy Jicin and four Liberec players scored in double figures. Liberec's coach Dusan Bohunicky rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
